Our Claremont store is currently looking for a Customer Engagement Assistants to join their friendly team. Well presented, you must be self motivated, enthusiastic and hard working. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to work under pressure in an exciting, vibrant and rewarding environment.
To be successful you are required to have proven customer service experience. In this role you will be required to greet and provide first class assistance to all JB Hi-Fi customers entering the store to assist in achieving our goals in maximizing the sales potential and aide loss prevention. An ability to engage customers will be essential to your success.
